Deposits must be made from payment methods that belong to you. Using someone else's JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, or bank account to fund your PKO7 balance is not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. PKO7 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
Deposited funds become available in your PKO7 wallet promptly following successful payment confirmation. In rare cases where a deposit does not reflect after the usual timeframe, players should contact support with the transaction reference number for investigation.
